Email Addresses for Class List

How to use the Email Addresses for Class List form to find campus and personal email addresses for all students enrolled in one of your classes.

Because students may not be checking their STC email frequently prior to the start of classes, instructors may find it useful to also communicate with students via their personal email until classes begin. There is a form in myTech that allows you to look up the campus and personal email addresses for all students enrolled in a class you are teaching.

NOTE: Once classes have started, you should only communicate with students via their STC email.

1. In myTech, click the Faculty tab in the main navigation menu.
2. On the Faculty page, click My Faculty Role.
   
   
    
3. On the My Faculty Role page, scroll down to the Forms & Lookups section and click Email Addresses for Class List.
   
   
    
4. Select the Term and Section of the class list you want to look up.
5. Press <Tab> or click away from the dropdown menus. Campus and personal email addresses for each student enrolled in the class are displayed.
