Student Contact & Major Info

How to use the Student Contact & Major Info form to generate a list of contact and major information for all of your current students and advisees.

You can use the Student Contact & Major Info form to generate a searchable list of contact information for students who are either a current student or advisee of yours. This list includes information on the type of program the student is in (online, traditional, hybrid, etc.).

NOTE: This information is for lookup only, and should not be saved or printed.

1. In myTech, click the Faculty tab in the main navigation menu.
2. On the Faculty page, click My Faculty Role.
   
   
    
3. On the My Faculty Role page, scroll down to the Student Contact & Major Info section and click Click here to find student contact and major info.
   
   
    
4. Information on all students for which you are currently instructor or advisee is displayed.
