How do I access my barcode/ID number?

Instead of just using tap with your Mobile ID, some locations may need to scan your barcode instead. These are steps to open your barcode and also see your STC ID number:

1. Open your mobile device and navigate to the Transact eAccounts app. If prompted to sign in, enter your email address, password and authenticate your login.
   
2. Click “More Information.” You may need to tap the arrow for the information to drop down.
   
    
3. Click “Show Barcode.” Your barcode will display for use at the I.T. Support Center, the Bookstore and for use in Navigate.
   
   
   Your barcode number is also your ID number if you need that.
