Overview
Voice access in Windows 11 enables everyone, including people with mobility disabilities, to control their PC and author text using their voice. For example, you can open and switch between apps, browse the web, and read and author emails using your voice. Voice access uses modern, on-device speech recognition to accurately recognize speech and works even without the internet.
How-To Steps
- To launch voice access, use the Search bar in the main Windows toolbar to search for and select the Voice access app.

- The voice access bar appears at the top of the screen. You are asked if you want to continue and set up voice access. Click I agree.

- The voice access guide window appears. Select your preferred microphone and click the > button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

- Voice access is now enabled. You can say "click start guide" to learn the basic commands, or say "click done" to close the voice access guide window.
