Overview
You can use the Student Contact & Major Info form to generate a searchable list of contact information for students who are either a current student or advisee of yours. This list includes information on the type of program the student is in (online, traditional, hybrid, etc.).
NOTE: This information is for lookup only, and should not be saved or printed.
How To Steps
- In myTech, click the Faculty tab in the main navigation menu.
- On the Faculty page, click My Faculty Role.
- On the My Faculty Role page, scroll down to the Student Contact & Major Info section and click Click here to find student contact and major info.
- Information on all students for which you are currently instructor or advisee is displayed.
