JumpStart Guide

Below are the items you will need to complete at JumpStart

Your STC account

• Your myTech username is your firstname.lastname without "@southeasttech.edu" but you'll want to review the email you received from support@southeasttech.edu that is titled "STC - Email, Mobile ID & myTech" that has your specific username and password.
• Your email address is in the format of firstname.lastname@southeasttech.edu and same password.
• For access to campus resources such as Secure WiFi and printers log in with your username and password. To activate Microsoft 365 apps, log in using your STC email address.
• Your STC email is the primary way Southeast Tech will communicate with you and it's crucial to check your email daily to stay informed.

☑ Connect to the Southeast Tech Network

• Connect to Southeast Tech Secure Wi-Fi (have to be on campus)

☑ Access your email

• Check email
• Add to mobile device

☑ Install Software

• Install Microsoft Office
• Install myTech lockdown browser
• Install Omnissa Horizon client
• Install STC printers on BYOL computer (have to be on campus)

☑ Setup your Mobile ID

• Submit a photo
• Set up your Mobile ID
• Add funds to your account
